→ Check in time is 12.00 Noon / Check out time is 11:00 PM
→ Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
→ Visitors not allowed post 10 PM in guest rooms.
→ Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory for all occupants including sharer, local ID will not be accepted
→ Please note the copy of the registration card with ID proof goes to the city Police commissioner's office as per government order .
Refund Policy:
→ All confirmed booking are non-amendable & non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
→ In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged
→ The hotel reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay
